I am new to Act, but here is what I would like to accomplish. At present I have one database of about 500 contacts. I would like to move about half of them to another database. That way I would have one main database and a second one for contact I want to keep on file but do not need to access them regularly. Is this something I can do without setting up two databases and deleting half of the contacts in one and the other half in the other. Thanks for any tips.
