splitting of screen

Hello please can someone help me on how to permanently split my screen into parts each showing a different open window.
I would want to.do that on a machine hosting server 2012.

You don't split the screen unless your particular video card drivers allow for this. Without knowing what video card you have, and or what drivers you are using its hard to offer any type of help.

You can however arrange the windows however you need to by dragging the edges of the windows to size them and then clicking on the titlebar and dragging each window to the position you require.

This is not really a video hardware issue, but more of a Windows arrangement issue for your OS.
