Splitting licenses onto different SD Cards 1

Is it possible to split the licenses onto another SD CARD?
Let's day I have a system with 20 ip endpoints and the customer decided to shift 10 users onto a separate system.
Can I return the SD Card to Avaya and generate 10 one one SDcard and another 10 on another SD Card?
