Splitting form into 2 separate pages

Hello Everyone,
Does anyone have experience or know how to split an existing fp form into 2 separate pages, linked by a "continue" button? I also want both pages to be sent to the same db.

You will need to use ASP or some other code to do this. FrontPage can't pass data from one FP form to another.
