Splitting Desktop intelligence reports

Hello

In BO 6.x you could schedule a vbscript to run that could carry out tasks such as splitting a report by department into separate PDF files.
With BOE XI r2 it is no longer to run a VBScript file that plugs in to the BO Classic SDK as the BO Classic SDK is no longer there (as far as I can tell - please correct me if I am wrong).

This being the case how do I go about automatically splitting a report by department (not splitting by user - so I don't think I can use publication/profiles) and then writing the different parts as separate files in an unmanaged folder on my network?

any suggestions welcomed. BOE XIr2 on Windows 2003 Server with IIS and/or Java webserver.

If you can't do this in BOE, consider a 3rd-party tool (see list at:

My Visual CUT software provides this type of report "bursting" functionality.
