Splitting a "Name" Field

I have done this before but for some reason can't remember what I did. I have a Field where the Persons First and last name are located. what I need is 2 fields one with First name and the other with Last name. any Ideas?

You can use the Instr function to find the space between the 2 names then the Left and Right functions to split them
