Hi,

I basically have a report that, due to the nature of the Access data, presents a single long list in the report view. The control source lies within the "details" section of the report.

Is there anyway I can split the long list into 2 or 3 columns rather than one long column?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, but your report has to be narrow. The width of the report for two columns needs to be less than 3.5 and the margins set to .5
I have several reports with 3 columns and the width is set to 2.5
Set up your report, using the above restrictions. In the
"file", "pagesetup" go to the columns tab and set it to 2
click in the "down then across" box and run the report.
