Split PDF by Page

Hi Everyone,

I hope that someone can help me; I am at my wits end with this PDF!!!

I have just started at a new job; so have inherited the way the last person did everything!
For our intranet search he would take a PDF of our complete magazine, and split it so he created a separate PDF for every page. Because I have a backlog this will take me weeks to do manually, there must be a way i can set this up to go as a batch process or something similar? Can anyone help please?
