Split large word document full of labels into smaller files

I have 1100 pages word document full of 5146 labels with names and addresses on it. Each mailing address includes a sequence number.

I've been told I need to split the file into smaller files. I need to have around 500 labels in each file.Is there an easy way to split the labels up.

There are 6 labels on each sheet.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would convert the file to a database then merge it into the labels as needed.
