I'm working on a split database, tables in one and forms, queries, etc in other (actually, there will be 3 of this type when done). I will need to replicate all the databases. Will this work with linked databases? I'm under the impression that this will allow the forms, queries, etc...in the 3 tables to run faster than if everything was all in one database. Is this true? Also, how can I have a switchboard or opening form that I can move from one database to the next on. I tried using a hyperlink but then I end up with access opened twice, which I would assume would slow things down. I'm learning this as I go along and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
