Hi,

My data source has a field with date and time in as one field - in the following format
"YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS.DD"
(The DD at the end is decimals of seconds)

What i need is the date part in 1` field as a date and the time part as a seperate field as a time.

How can I do this?????

Many thanks in advance

Steven

In Crystal 8.5, you can use formula fields to edit date-time to whatever you need
totext({your.date}, "yyyy/MM/dd")
and
totext({your.date}, "HH:mm:ss")

Fractional seconds would be harder, I'm not sure how you'd get them.
