if you want to do it on a colored surface, just take a circle, and use a gradient...then just make sure you have a white thin gradient on the edge of the circle...squash the circle accordingly (if in 3d wannabe perspective), then tween it so it grows bigger and fades out...and duplicate the effect.

Or, if looking straight at a glass of water, you could have something spill down (I'm sure you could create that effect)
Then have 1 little droplet and color it, once it hits the bottom, have about 3 instances of that drop fly out, hit the side and disappear, then shape tween a line like 3 times going up the glass...with the line different each time...it would give for a good effect as if it were the top of the water...just some ideas.

thanx Anthony;
But riples is not i mean riples effects is easy but
i meant to liquide things like an empty glass is filling
with Juice or water as its filling juice is rise up while
splashing too as you drop any thing into water from a
certain height ( Do you understand what i mean? )

Well i couldn't understand what you said in your 2nd and
3rd reply if you can describe it briefly or send me a FLA
file .

Put a line in your glass that is kind of wavy...then shape tween the line and make it a different splash pattern and move it up the glass...from there, all you have to do is pour the liquid....the shape tweened line should give you the splash effect I believe your looking for.

Here's a little thing I had worked on as a preloading animation (random rain drops):
Using something like that, in combination with Luke WhiteTiger's suggestions and your own imagination & creativity, you probably could come up with something interesting!
