I am very very new to VB so bare with me. What I am looking to do is create a splash screen so when users log on to the domain they have to agree to the terms of our corp policy. If they do not agree then the will not be able to login.
 
Hi there,

You're actually posting this in the VBA section, not the VB section of the site. While the two are closely related, VBA is primarily set to work within the applications of the Microsoft Office suite.

My feeling is that you're looking for something that runs independantly of Word, Excel, etc... Maybe done in VB or VBS (Visual Basic Scripting).

I'd try the VB5/VB6 forum, personally.
