Splash Screen on Install

When I go to install it the splash screen does not appear. I see an empty box on the left hand side. When I try to click on Install Exchange I get script errors. This is a new Windows 2008 Server install. It says .NET Framework 2.0/MMC/PowerShell are all installed. Do I need to install something else to get this to work?

Seems to be something wrong with the DVD.

yes, we had the same issue as this when we downloaded the media direct from microsoft. The ISO im presuming was iffy
