Spirit 1224 > need to change from pulse to touch tone

I have a customer with a 1224 that is dialing on pulse. They can dial * and then dial touch tone, but it goes back to pulse on the next call.

How do I get into programming and change to touch tone for all calls?

YO may want to replace the batter on the processr card

My tech is on site and and soon as he dials *92 he gets a loud tone and it won't take anything else(??)

Make sure he is at 10.
