When user has client up it has a spinning globe by proxy icon with message deleting items. User cannot delete anything in his mailbox. Must shut down in order to get rid of globe. any clue?
If this User were to logon and use a different workstation, does the problem follow the User? If the problem follows the Users, I would run maintenance on his Mailbox. If the problem stays with the workstation, completely uninstall the GroupWise application (Use the GW Cleaning Agent) and reinstall.
