You guys know so much, i figure it can't hurt to ask here. I have been trying to get spiceworks network scanner to see our 5610 phones. Currently they are seen (pinged) but classified as Unknown.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how we can get Spiceworks to see the Avaya phones correctly?
