SPF record

Has anyone created a SPF record on your DNS server to stop spammers from spoofing email accounts from your domain? Does the SPF record work?

We have and SPF record, mainly because you need it to some domains. It doesn't stop the spoofing but it means that a well configured spam filter can snare the spam.

I used it for our record and it was a great help. There are also lots of explanatory information on this site concerning SPF.
