SPF Issues

When some users send email then receive the following back;

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<Domain.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Client host rejected: Please see

http://spf.pobox.com/why.html?sender=username@domain.com&ip=1.2.3.4&receiver=>

What does this indicate?

I would say that recipient's spam filtering is checking the sender's SPF record & that SPF record indicates that a wrong mail server sent the mail.

ok. How can I change out SPF record to indicate the correct IP?

thanks for the info but that allows me to view the records not change them.

I think I may have it figured out, waiting for a call back from our hosting provider.
