Spelling dictionary in Outlook

Hi. I have selected to use English (Canada) as my dictionary in Outlook and that works fine for new messages. However, every time I reply to a message or forward a message the dictionary changes to US and then all my correct Canadian spelling (ie. neighbour, honour, cheque, etc.) come up as errors. How can I set the dictionary to new and forwarded and replies to be English (Canada). Thanks very much.
