Spell Check

We are on Version 7 Corporate Edition. For some reason when a user sends out an e-mail it is saying every word is incorrect. Is there a setting I have wrong, or have I lost the spelling dictionary somehow?

make sure the shortcut they're using points to a drive-letter mapping like K:\goldmine\gmw.exe instead of the UNC type like \\gmserver\apps\goldmine\gmw.exe.
