Is there a method for spell checking everything that shows on a report? I would like to do so automatically before printing, possibly have a Msg box that asks if the user would like to spell check. Thanks.
You can't spell check a report, but you can spell check on a form so users can make corrections directly in the record. Try searching the Forms forum. There are lots of posts there.
