Spell Check problems

I've upgraded to CorelDraw 10 from version 9, and can't get it to display the wiggly red line under spelling errors. I've tried the customisation/options tool and checked all the relevant settings in there under 'text>spelling' but can't get it to work.

I'm running Windows NT4, service pack 6.

Any solutions would be gratefully received. I have this fear that I'm going to send a job out with a glaring error that I haven't noticed. I know I could run the spell checker, but my brain is programmed to rely on the red wigglys afetr years of use.
