Hello,

I'm sure there is a real simple solution to this problem. I am trying type the acronym CNA (certified nursing assistant) into a form and spell check keeps changing it to CAN. I haven't found a way to add CNA to the dictionary. What's the solution? Help.

Thank you,

Julia

WonderWhy,

This solves the problem:

Goto to
1) TOOLS
2) AUTOCORRECT
3) In the REPLACE box type CNA
4) In the WITH box type CNA
5) Click OKAY

Tested this and it works. Found this feature when the state insisted everyone use RCP (Respiratory Care Practitioner) instead of the National Boards designations of RRT and CRTT. Anytime someone enters CRTT or RRT it automatically converts it to RCP.

Hope this helps.

Thank you, Missinglinq! Sorry I didn't say thanks sooner but after no one responded for a few days I stopped checking.

Have a great day!
