Outlook 2k7 spell checker is weird. Before sending an email, spell checker kicks off but is very choosy. Some words will let me add to dictionary, while others I can only choose Ignore or cancel.
Why is it so choosy?

Thanx in advance.

Can you give some examples of what would be allowed to be added compared to those it will only allow you to ignore?

Next email it happens in Ill post.

ah, heres one.
I have in my email to a user - Ill need to have you logged into your laptop.
It wanted to change the Ill to I'll, but no option to add to dictionary, could only change or ignore.

Ill" (as in not well) will already be in the dictionary - you have a grammar error there (which I figure it's spotting), rather than a spelling error.

Post is not well?

for a NUANCE![tongue]

oh perfect, thats great how the very word I picked was also in my post.. nice pick-up Skip.

Could be worse. I once had to go around and customize over 100 users dictionary because the Public Affairs department sent an email out to 10,000 people and they left the L out of public. This caused a hairy situation
