Outlook 2003. It come up and states "spell check complete" without checking or changing miss spelled words.

Spell check in Outlook not working

Are you using Word as your email editor (tools, Options, Mail Format tab)? If so, this is probably one of two reasons:
Open a new email message and check in Tools, Options, SPelling and Grammar to make sure that Spelling is enabled.
Open Word and check in Tools, Language, Set Language that the Skip Spelling and Grammar has not been checked.

Sometimes, like on a reply, it only checks the original then asks if you want to check the remainder (your reply).
