Hi all,
Ok I have a routing issue. Here is what I want to achieve. I have a SpeedTouch 516 v6 which I want on IP 217.88.100.46 (I made the IP for the example only). I have a firewall which I want to be on 217.88.100.49. I want the SpeedTouch to act simply as a bridge so that any client machine on the LAN is seen as having the external IP of the firewall.
I understand I can achieve this by using Public-None NAT mode but I am unsure of what settings I would enter for the routers IP (would it be the external IP?), Subnet and Subnet mask? I also understand I would need to enable DHCP on the router for a few external IPs (basically .46 - .49).
Can anyone confirm exactly what I would need to enter to get this working?
Thanks.
