SpeedScreen latency reduction / local lext echo

Hi all,

I have a question about the Speedscreen latency reduction in Citrix metaframe XP fr2.
It isn't clear to me how to configure local lext echo exactly. Do I need to configure it at server level only, or do I need to configure it on a per published application basis? Or both? Or do i need to configure it on server level and then per application used in the published desktop?
(I am using Citrix to publish the Windows 2000 desktop)

What high threshold / low threshold setting would you guys recommend?

Is there a method to force clients to use speedscreen latency reduction instead of configuring each client?
