Speeding up right click menu

Hi,
Weve got just this problem having upgraded recently to IE6.
Apparently McAfee virusScan can (was) causing this problem to occur.
We found an answer at this site, its about half way down the page entitled "Slow Right Click"
Once applied, right click now works fine, however if you dont use McAfee I'm sorry I dont have another answer.
