First of all, This is the platform: We are working with Genesys 6.5 and Symposium Meridian Link 4.2. Our PBX is Meridian 81C with 25.30 (going to 25.40B in few days).
One thing worries us: The long time it takes to recover the operation with Genesys if we work in Meridian and we have a warm init. It currently takes 1 hour to start working correctly while other services take 1 to 3 minutes to be "online".
We stop services in Genesys and in SML, before the init if we know it is going to occur (or after it if it just happen), then we start those services.
Any suggestions?
