I have an old 150mhz, 64mb machine with Win98 that works without a hitch. But I have some petty annoyances. Can the time delay following a ctl-alt-del program shutdown be reduced or eliminated? On AOL6 I frequently have to reset the browser cache and AOL adaptor due to websites causing an error that resets my outgoing URLs to my own computer. This requires 3 reboots and at least 10 minutes of my time to correct - very annoying. Can this be prevented?
