I suppose I can finally give after receiving so much from you here.

I had complained about my computer being so slow and other's computers were much faster doing the same things on Server.
Finally, this problem is resolved by our tech support people, and I am very grateful and want to share with whomever might be experiencing the same problems.

We had checked sqlnet.ora file and here is what we have found.
In
NAMES.DEFAULT_DOMAIN = domainname
section
NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH=(TNSNAMES) (from tnsname.ora file)
I had
NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH=(OneName, SecondName, TNSNAMES)
so when I was trying to access TSNAMES my connection was suppose to check OneName, SecondName and by the time it was reaching TNSNAMES where my info is stored -
Oracle had timed out and crushed.
I was spending sometimes 40min trying to open 1 table.

Now because
NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH=(OneName, SecondName, TNSNAMES)
was changed into
NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH=(TNSNAMES)
I am a new person! And I wish this advise could help someone!

Thanks,
Sincerelly yours,
Me
