Speed Up Crystal .Net Viewer?

I have a VB.Net using the Crystal Designer Control and the Crystal Viewer. When I test the Stored Procedures (SQL Server 2000) that are used to create the reports in Query Analyzer they run in seconds. During run time though, the Viewer comes up and it can take over an hour for the report to show.

Any ideas on how to fix/speed this up?
