I have a laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium. When I load Adobe Reader 9, it takes so long.

At one time I had removed plugins for my Windows XP computer but don't remember which ones I removed. I looked in the plugin folder and found at least 75 files. I know I don't need all of them, so what are the minimum files names I need for it to run properly and open quickly?

Thanks so much,

Daniel

rmgates,

Yes, it launches much faster!

Thanks so much,

Daniel

Abobe at home I run 9 on one machine, X on the other. At work I use XI not a fan. Still use 7 writer under XP at work more stable on XP. It down to RAM also.

Never give up never give in.

There are no short cuts to anything worth doing :)
