I just setup a wireless bridge to do an off site backup. I need to get some hard numbers for my clients, is there a tool to use to test LAN speeds? I've been googling for hours, and all the speed tests come up with is DSL and T1 reports. Thanks!

Try IPERF for raw speed testing. There is a Win32 version but it requires a good spec pair of machines to run it on.
You could also simply use FTP and a big file, then time the transfer.

Is that a program I can download from somewhere?

Thanks!
