Speed: JDev vs Forms

Hi sem,
It seems there are several different combination of components you can use to develop web applications within the JDeveloper environment. I imagine certain combinations are faster than others.
I wondered, from the clients point of view, how they compare with the speed of Forms5 or Forms6 applications.

Both Forms5 and Forms6 support client/server and web deployment. Can you specify exactly what do you need to compare? Speeds? Of what? It may depend on tasks, client and server hardware/software, network. If you assume ideal conditions, both speeds are the same: infinite
