speed help

[disfasia]

i have a page that loads so slowly adn i am freaking out trying to fix it. i have looked everywhere for help on this, faqs etc, but i cannot fix it thus far. my page is an image with about thirty frame changes and music...any suggestions?

I forgot to mention that my music loads immediately and then the image...how do i fix this also? i have the music parallel to the image and am really annoyed that they do not load together....thanks...

what kind of image?. what size is the image(kb's/mgb's)..is it essential that the image stays at the quality that it is..or can you change from maybe whatever it is to a lower res gif,or something like that..as far as loading at the same time..you'll have to add a pre-loader that loads all contents of the movie before it starts playing..dave has a couple in the faq section..the image is probably alot bigger (file size) than the mp3 or wav or whatever you have in there..thats why the loads are different..
