Speed Dials with CCM Admin Access

Hello All,
I have added speed dials for users by having them login as themselves and selecting user settings, speed dials, etc. How can that be done when login in with admin access to the CCM? I do not see see an option to add speed dials when under the Phone or User.

Figured out. It;s on the top-right hand side when inside a phone settings.
