Hi There

I have IP Office 10 server edition and we are using auth codes to make outbound calls. When using speed dials, it also asks for the auth code, is it possible to set ip up in such a way that the speed dial will not ask for an auth code?

Kind regards

your checkmark to ask for auth codes is most likely in the ARS so just add the same numbers into the ARS and leave the auth code unchecked.

Lots of work though

easier to use a different dialout code for the directory and have an entire ARS that is auth code free but the danger is that people will discover it and use that same dialout code then
