Running CM 4.1.user has a 7960 with 2 Add-ons and would like to have it set up so the 1st 2 lines on the set are DN's and all the rest on the set and add-ons are speed dials that she can program using the web interface for users.I think this may have something to do with templates.can someone tell me how I might program this?Thanks.(yes,I am a newbie).

Look at the Phone Button Template and the 7914 Button Templates. Be aware that they can be a little confusing. If you make Button 1 and 2 on the phone as DN's AND Buttons 13-14 on the 7914 DN's, they show up all together on the Phone configuration pages as Lines 1-4. Buttons 4-6 and 7914 Buttons 1-12 will show up as Speed dials 1-16.
