I have a customer that has about 20 company's on speed dial and they were wanting a way to have a directory show up on their bcm50 with ip1230 phones. I don't see a way but is it possible to be able to scroll through the directory? Just a question.

There is no built in speed dial directory. You would need to use a CTI application. I have had great luck with Convertec's products.
