Is there a way to run a report on total calls for a certain group speed dial number? The number is an 800 TN and not a vdn, so I don't know how to go about this ?

Is this a 800 number pointed to a group? If so run the "li mea pri exten xxxx" (If it's not in here add it) That will give you today peak, last hour or yesterday's peak. If this is for outgoing calls your best bet would be to use a CAS for those reports. Even that will not separate the speed dial from someone just dialing the number. so it would probably come down to running a report on a per extension basis. That still will not separate dialed vs. speed dial.

yes it is to an outside source so I think the only way to gather the total calls would be with a third party CAS. thank you for responding
 
You know, just thinking about it again. Your 800 provider should be able to give you at least totals if not detailed information. Like how many calls from what extensions? Be worth a shot.
