Speed dial buttons

I have a 2000ivs2,how do you reset or clear out speed dial buttons on Dterm e-series phones,thanks.

Go to command 74. put in the memory slot number and ccc it out.

I did and nothing happen.I went to cmd.740>0001>got speed dial number,tried to ccc nothing,Help,thanks.

Go to the spd bin in CM 74 and enter 9,CCC
Or you can create an access code in CM 20 and delete the bins from the actual station.

What pave is saying is the AC code used to get outside dial tone must be entered first to clear the SD bin.
example if 740>1234>9,1234567 then to clear this you would enter 9,CCC
