Installed a new MICS 6.0. with 2 0X16 modules. Everything is running fine, but there are 2 M7310s that will not accept programming on their speed dial buttons (B11 to B34).
Not all the buttons and not any specific buttons (it moves around as we replace the phones). It's only external speed dial. Doesn't matter rather we use feature *1 or try to set under programming.

Do you get an error, or what indication happens?
What do you get if you do a FEATURE * 0 on the buttons that will not program?

feature *0 just shows it as a blank button. when using feature *1 to program it, instead of showing "programmed" it just drops back to time and date. under programming, it will not accept the "ok".

this is one of the crazier problems I"ve ever seen.

is it a port or phone problem...are they old phones...swap and see if problem follows phone or stays with port....make sure autoset relocate is not turned on when you test...
