As Administrator to update/remove one of the above of a users I receive message to enter 0-9 *# etc in field but it doesn't accept Any thoughts - worked in 7.0 but not in 10.5

What is the exact number you are entering that doesn't work? Is it any number you are trying?

When I update users Speed Dial/Abbreviated dial field the system doesn't save if the speed dial; label field is blank.
Pop up window says Sp Dial numbers comprise of 0-9 *# ......etc.
Try entering just 9; + etc but still the save fails.
I would like to be able to remove an entry and save.
We can enter many combinations but if a change is needed there is an issue.
eg: Billing code followed by cl file#; 9 and local; toll free etc.and save on initial setup

If you are entering ";" after the 9, that is not a valid character

Browser issue? Try Firefox if using ie or vice versa.
Also, can you try updating a speed dial with just numbers and no special characters like commas, #, etc? For example 92125551212

AWH!
I found the problem was that I need to ONLY highlight the number field and press delete, save.
This action removes the name in the label field.
I had been removing the name field and the number field then pressing save and the system kept giving me an error to enter 0-9 etc.
It now allows me to leave that speed dial/abbrev dial blank or it allows me to enter new entry to replace it.
Thank you for your help. So nice to know we have persons to reach out to.
