Option package not equipped.
Enable System Speed Call package.

So how do I enable the system speed call package?

SSC package 34. Go to ld 22 and print your packages to make sure you have it. Then print your parameters in 22. Look at the mscl prompt. MSCL= maxinum numbers of speed call lists.
