Speed Call not working

Hi there, does anyone encounter a speed call not working..
this is the scenario, i used account code feature and independent account code for my speedcall..this is working fine until late lastweek but not now.my speedcall is 717, account code is *5, independent acct code is 131.

so if dial 717, the actual# is *5131#9<mobile#> and it's no longer working.

it only works when you remove account code & independent acct code which is not advisable for restriction purposes.

I've never had it work when trying to insert an account code in the actual digits dialed. So I'd be interested in knowing how it worked last week.

UncleRalph, it's working..infact i just did troubleshoot and it's working back now...

What did you find the problem was? I'd be interested. Like I said, I had tried this before (long time ago) and it didn't work. I'll have to give it a go again.

i mistakenly program the account code's COR..i try to double check and found out my mess..what a shame on me.actually this is a basic programming only..just define your acct code + independent acct code + # + dial-out access code(9) + destination#.
