Speed Call Controller 1

I have a user with a button programmed on her phone as SCC 0097. She programs her speed calls and the next day they are changed. Is there a way to find if another phone is programmed with SCC 0097?
What are the steps to change her to a different SCC number?

Is there a way to find out what speed call list belongs to what extension. I'm looking for bastard lists. Lists without owners.

Also when youre ready to remove or edit the lists use LD 18 to admin them (CHG, OUT NEW).

This will print out every user by EXT # and if they are SCC or SCU. once you see who is using what list, then you can change them or out the list in LD 18. depending on how many phones and List users there are this could be a very long list.
