Speech path fails after 30seconds on Sip Trunk with 5540 IP{ phone

I have SIP Trunk installed on mitel 3300 MXe III,release 4.0, everything was working, but after a month the Client complained the while recieving or making call from 5540 IP phone, the speech path fails after 30s. this is not happening when calls are made or recieved from analogue lines.
