SPEECH DELAY ON DPNSS

Im am having trouble with a speech delay on a DPNSS connection from a BT Syntegra switch and MD110-BC12.
In some cases speech is delayed while the connection already exist. It has to be put in HOLD and then switched back to establish the speech channel.
